She sat on the bathroom floor and cried
She shouldn't have done it, she shouldn't have lied
She didn't know why what she did was so wrong
And hoped that the pain wouldn't last that long
She felt so empty and wandered how
Her life could ever go on from now
How could she carry on playing this game
When her heart was filled with so much pain
She felt like screaming, she wanted to shout
She'd spent her whole life not knowing about
The anger and sadness a person could feel
Now it was hers, the pain was real
There she sat with her life in her hands
She'd had so many dreams, and so many plans
But now if she couldn't do all those things
She wanted to fly on angels' wings
If she was in heaven this pain would be gone
She'd finally be somewhere that she belonged
She'd be with the stars, the sun and the rain
There would be an end to all her pain.
