What another great chapter, I love how the story is going, and I'm happy that most people but for Ron believes that he put his name in for the Tournament. the badges are much better then the books.
Oh I love the password-protected portkeys to Professor McGonagall's office, and to Godric's Hollow Cemetery... that really should piss off Voldemort, when Harry will disappear at the graveyard.
I can't wait to see what happens next, keep up the great work and update soon.Author's response
I have a specific plan for those portkeys, and they'll be used sooner than the third task. I'm glad you like my canon-tweaking, thanks for reviewing! To Rewrite History

"Different" is my favorite sundae topping. Variety is the spice of life, after all! Thanks for the review! To Rewrite History

Now that's a different take with a relaxed Harry taking the time to make things more pleasant rather than more combative; 'twill be interesting to see what fruit this brings.Author's response

Wow. Once you drain all the venom out of her fangs, Skeeter can actually write something other than character assassination. Although she STILL focuses on emotion rather than facts. She's the kind of reporter that has always driven me wild. No real news, just personal information printed to fit.Author's response
Rita is the ultimate goddess of the gossip rag! But if you're on her good side, she'll influence the public in the right way. I'm trying to keep her 'in character,' the way she might behave/write toward someone she liked. To Rewrite History

Loved the way you dealt with Rita, she should be most interesting from here on out! Quick note: Ollivander's is the shop, and the wizard is Mr. Ollivander, no S.To Rewrite History

I like the new badges -- well done.
And Harry getting ahold of the Quik-Quotes Quill -- absolutely brilliant. But that seems a bit beyond a 14-year old. Are you sure this isn't one of those Harry-travels-back-in-time stories? It sure has the feel of one.
Your characters are quite upbeat, but I see from one of your notes that they're going to become edgier -- have to see that.
