Harry Potter and the Tower of Pime

Well, I must say, the Dursley's did get what was coming to them in this part. I do feel a bit for Petunia, but it seems like in canon, she let her jealousy for Lily control her for so long that she was a bit damaged in the head. Nice to see that Dudley at least seemed to have a bit of an epiphaney at the end, and looking forward to what happens to the Dursley's in the future, or if they'll show up ever again.Harry Potter and the Tower of Pime

Very interesting. Glad to see Harry managed to control himself . . . and that the Dursleys got theirs (to an extent).Harry Potter and the Tower of Pime

Interesting encounter with the Dursleys; very good reading. But while I can understand Harry trying to run at the zoo and even knocking himself out, why would Harry do as his uncle told him? Why wouldn't he right then and there push the button on the Recaller? Perhaps Vernon had tied him up or something?
Yes, finally someone gets Fudge's start in office right. So many fics have him as MoM during Voldie first reign of terror. Good job there.
Why would Arabella, given she lives in a house full of cats, be rusty on the cat language?
This is one of the better (if not best) pre-DH portrayals of Dumbledore that I've read. Though I wonder about the, never-been-physically-abused and didn't-know-about-the-abuse parts. Dumbledore, though it broke his heart, allowed the abuse to keep Harry alive under the blood protection. DH certainly shows the power of the blood protection (which many stories have sneered at). Dumbledore would've viewed it as a tradeoff for the 'greater good.'
Anyway, this is quite good. I enjoy reading.Harry Potter and the Tower of Pime
