I have been reading a few stories on here most are good some are great but they all seem to share a common misconception. Yeah this stuff is suppose to fiction---but come on.The truth is Belleville NJ is not the suburbs. Its not the kinda place where anyone would want to be. Even the most realistic stories refer to the band going back to their own house. Now I dont know the band but I bet my life the first thing they did with their first taste of sucess was leave!! Belleville is an industrial area. Its dark and grimey and scary. Maybe you people dont realize how many people are found dead by the river. I guess dead hookers and druggies arent really news worthy. And lay off with all the Gerard wouldnt do this or that comments. It is fiction after all. If you want some truth take a look at this

None of the boys look the same. Would you all be gushing over them back then? I think not. They werent EMO back then. Emo didnt even exsist. The closest thing to it could have been a metal head or maybe even punk rock kids. They seem to be either. Thats why these stories are fiction. Its suppose to be a what if? Stop critizing about inaccuracies. Just enjoy the stories and if nothing else maybe take another look at some of the people you call losers or jocks or people that just dont fit in. There may just be more than meets the eye there.
