The Blackest Potter

Very interesting stuff. This is the first time I've seen a Harry-son-of-Bellatrix story that's actually believably pulled off. You've turned Harry into a powerhouse of the right sort, not overly powerful, yet not weak by any means.
Bellatrix is interesting, too... I guess the logic you're going by to justify her hurt-not-kill attitude is that since she didn't go to Azkaban, she doesn't have some insane proclivity towards killing?
Either way, excellent stuff, and good luck updating.Author's response
I've taken some liberties with canon's Bellatrix, and I don't think that my Bella would become insanely sadistic if sent to Azkaban. Her hurt-not-kill attitude is simple pragmatism, she has no qualms about killing Death Eaters. The Blackest Potter

very interesting; and I'm glad to see some of the changes in place; I'm assuming that the Frank referred to is Frank Longbottom?
I'm also glad that Bella doesn't have that annoying baby-talk thing going on.
Good to see Sirius as well.
Looking forward to more

I am curious, how old is Harry in this chapter?
If Harry "missed" his second year, I would assume that Voldemort is back... although, whether the diary-Tom combined with his older self, I don't know.Author's response
Harry is just turning fifteen in this chapter. I took a few liberties with the year of CoS, though I can justify them to a certain extent. Explanations will come in the story itself.
