~Billy's P.O.V.~
I walk to my room after helping Amy get all her stuff upstairs. I turn on my stereo then sit on my bed. Joel sits next to me and says, "Hey Bill what happened to Amy's parents?" "To tell you the truth I don't know" "Oh... Do you think your mom knows?" "Probably. Lets go ask her" "K" Joel and I walk downstairs and into the living room. I sit on the couch by my mom and Joel sits on the arm of the couch. "Mom?" "Yes William?" I hear Joel snicker. My friends still think its funny that my mom calls me William. "What happened to Amy's parents?" "Oh it is the saddest thing. Her parents died in a car crash. They were hit by a drunk driver" "Oh my gosh that's terrible" "Yea poor little dear. First her parents die then she has to leave all her friends to come live here" "Well doesn't she have any brothers or sisters that could have taken her in?" "She does but I guess none of them were fit enough to" "Oh my gosh that sucks" "Yea. Joel its getting kinda late do you just want to spend the night?" "Uhh yea sure. Thanks Mrs. Martin" "No problem. Just call your mom and tell her" "Ok I will" Joel goes into the kitchen and grabs the phone. "So why did you want to know what happened to Amy's parents?" "Well because we were looking at some of her pictures and she came to one of her and her parents and she just broke down. I thought it would be kinda rude to ask her" "O ok" Joel comes out of the kitchen and says, "My mom said I could" "Wonderful" "You can just borrow some of my clothes as usual. Then we'll go get some of your clothes tomorrow" "Ok" "But come on lets go upstairs now" "K" Joel and I walk upstairs and I'm about to go in my room when Joel says, "Do you think we should invite Amy to come and hang with us?" "Sure I'll go get her." "Ok" I go to Amy's room and knock on the door "Come in!"
~Amy's P.O.V.~
It's a really good thing I can draw fast. It's been only about half an hour but I'm already almost done. ~Knock, knock~ "Come in!" Billy walks in and I turn to him. "Hey Billy what's up?" "Nothing just wanted-Hey what's that?" I laugh at Billy's sudden subject change. "It's a drawing I just did" Billy walks over to me and looks at my picture. "Hey that looks like us at dinner" "That's because it is" "So when did you draw it? Because you haven't had but thirty minutes to draw it and this drawing is a damn good one" "Well thank you! I drew it in that thirty minutes" "Wow" "So I guess you could say I'm a damn good fast drawer person" "Yep I guess so" "So what was it that you wanted?" "Huh?" "When you first walked in here you said 'Just wanted...' You just wanted what?" "Oh I just wanted to know if you wanted to come hang out with me and Joel for a while" "Sure that sounds like fun but will you help me first?" "Sure with what?" "Well all my drawings have titles except this one. What should be my title?" "Hmmm" Billy strokes his chin and I laugh at him. "How about 'Heaven Sent'?" I look up at him (You're sitting on your chair so he is higher then you) and smile. He smiles back and I say, "Ok I'll write that!" 'Cool" I write that then say, "Ok lets go to your room" "K" I start walking to his room as he follows "Hey look you're leader this time" "Oh I am!! Yes!!!" I open Billy's door and walk in. I run and belly flop onto Billy's bed. "Be careful don't break my bed" "Aw!" I grab a pillow off his bed and throw it at him "That was mean!" "So...?" I shrug and look over at Joel who is sitting at Billy's desk "Whatcha doin' Joely?" "Just looking at-Wait did you just call me Joely?" "Yep!" "O ok" "So what are you looking at?" "Billy's drawings" "Oh! I really like them. They are very good! I especially like the one of you" "Yea I do too." I just laugh "My drawings are no where near as good as yours Amy" "Whatever" The three of us talked and hung out for three hours (Me: An hour for each person. Cool!! I didn't even mean to do that. Three just sounded like a good number.) At around midnight I got really tired so I laid my head down on one of Billy's pillows. I didn't intend to fall asleep. I only intended to rest my head but that didn't work that way. I fell asleep.
~Billy's P.O.V.~
"Uhh Billy?" "Yea?" I looked up at Joel who was sitting on the edge of my bed while I'm sitting on my floor playing with my guitar. "I think Amy's sleeping" I scoot around to where I can see Amy and sure enough, she's sleeping. Joel looks at her and starts grinning. I know what that look is. I've seen that look before. "You like her huh?" "What? Why do you say that?" "Because of the way you're looking at her" "How am I looking at her?" "The same way you were looking at Karidon Allred until she dumped milk on your head" "My hair smelled like chocolate for a week after that" "Yea and it wasn't pleasant" "No, no it wasn't" "So you do like her?" "I don't really know. I mean I've only known her for one day" "That's true" "But I think I do. The way she laughs, the way she smiles, the way she talks, just everything" "Dude you sound like you've known her forever" "I FEEL like I've known her forever" "Awww how sweet! Joel has a crush" Joel blushes a little "I have one warning though, you break her heart and I'll break something of yours but yours will be more noticeable and with a lot more blood" "Don't worry man I won't break her heart"
~Amy's P.O.V.~
"Don't worry man I won't break her heart" I hear Joel say as I wake up. I move my position then open my eyes. "Hey you're awake" I look at Billy who is sitting on his floor with his guitar "Yea I am. What time is it?" "Uhh 12:44" "Oh ok so I wasn't asleep that long?" "No" "Ok. Well I hope you don't expect to sleep in your bed tonight Billy because I don't want to get up" "Awww but I want my bed" "Well then I guess you'll have to move me" "Or I could get Joel to move you" I look at Joel and he starts blushing. "What do you say Joely? Will you carry me to my bedroom?" I smile at him and he smiles back. "As you wish your highness." I giggle as he comes over to pick my up. He puts his arms under my back and my knees. He picks me up and I lay my head on his chest and wrap my arms around his neck. "Holy shit you're light" "No I think you are just strong" "Ha! No Joel's not strong" Joel walks out of Billy's room before I can come up with a good comeback. Joel reaches my door and says, "Will you open your door please because ummm my hands are kinda full." I laugh then open my door. He walks in my room and lays me down on my bed. He even puts my covers on me. "Thanks Joel" He sits on the edge of me bed and says, "No problem" I look at him and smile. He smiles back and says, "Hey do you want to come to the skate park to meet the rest of the guys tomorrow?" "Uhh are you sure the other guys won't mind me tagging along?" "Nah. Billy won't mind because you're his sis and Benji won't mind because I'll kick his ass if he says anything and Paul loves everyone especially new people so it won't be a problem with him and Aaron probably won't be there so I'm sure he won't mind" "Ok in that case I'd love to go!" "Cool. Well we're probably going to leave here around nine" "Wow why so early?" "So we can have the park before the jocks get there and tell us to get out" "Why would you let the jocks tell you what to do?" "Because they'll kick our asses if we don't listen" "Oh good reason" "Yea" "Thanks again for carrying me in here" I look down and start playing with my blanket "Like I said no problem. Well you better get to sleep so you can wake up" "Yea I better" Joel gets off my bed and walks to the door "Night Amy" "Night Joel" Joel turns off my light and walks out my door. I turn over and fall into a sleep filled with dreams of one certain guy in particular.
