So far it's making for an interesting story.
I'm going to be a bit nit-picky here because I'm rather obsessive about proper english. At several points you go from past-tense to present-tense for a bit.
Overall, it's shaping up to be a good story. I can't wait to see what else you come up with. :)Author's response
Thank you
The tense changes are due to fluxes in the time/space continuum cause by Harry's dimensional transfer. Yeah, that's it. Fluxes. Yeah.
Thanks again.Harry Potter and the Distaff Side

This is a very intresting story and I can't wait for more. but I just wanted to know how harry is suppost to have a relationship with luna if she is suppost a he in this universe. and is there any way he could get back to his own universe. but one of the things that me loving this story is that harry wasn't as foward with girls as he is now, and from the way malfoy reacted women seem to be the more aggressive sex and they don't seem to know how to deal with a strong male. and just a thought but if harry can't go back could hermione find a way to get to harry, and will harry end up helping his sister end up with her hermione. and one last thing i've read your super harry story on FF.net and I was wondering that if hermione loved harry like her parents said she did then why did she have sex with ron insted of harry.Author's response
- Luna is a she. I checked.
- In this universe, an assertive man is not terribly unlike an assertive woman here. Somewhat rare, but not unheard of. I met one when I was twenty and was heard to say "Yay!"
There may be a pair of sequels that detail what happened back in the original universe and the search for Harry...
Which SuperHarry? I've got a couple.Harry Potter and the Distaff Side

sorry about not giving enough detail about the story that I was talking about, it was Merlins' Reaper.Author's response
Ok. The original universe's Hermione loved Harry, but not as an object of passion. He was her brother in all but flesh, and that's how she saw him, why she protected him.Harry Potter and the Distaff Side

While the idea of a matriarchal society is at first glance interesting, it quickly breaks down in the light of WHY we live in a patriarchal society. Swapping the gender of the characters does not place Women in Men’s bodies and Men in women’s bodies it creates an entirely different person who learns and grows whilst under the influence of their gender and the biological impact it has on personality and development. For instance my fraternal twin siblings are an example of two completely different people, one male and one female, based on a nearly identical genetic template save for the addition of the Y chromosome with my brother. The Male version of Hermione would not be Hermione Jane Granger in pants just like a female Potter wouldn’t be Harry in a skirt. We live in a patriarchal society for a reason and that reason is based on biology. Men are stronger, faster and by nature seek to dominate their surroundings, women are by nature nurturers and do not feel the same drive or compulsion to dominate. The idea that you can flip the genders and have the exact same characters in the exact same positions within society is just not practicle. Case in point Malfoy. Since hereditary title is passed down through the male line, and has been that way since the Stone Age when male physical dominance was key, a female heir would have been unacceptable and therefore avoided.
