(smiles) Another excellent chapter! As always the story was a marvellous combination of action and thoughts! It gave depth to the characters and the situations they were in clearly. I paticularly liked the way you dealt with Fleur, Bill and Charlie and their reactions to Molly's attitude. I wonder if Dumbledore had a premonition about her possessiveness towards her children and realized that it might be a good idea to ease her into the idea of their leaving home early? It might have been influnced by Voldemort's actions but it appears that he was encouraging families to spread out to combat the insularity of wizarding Britain. And if they weren't leaving the country then he urged them to take a greater interest in what was happening around them. The contrast to the search for a Christmas tree and the possession of their innocent Muggle neighbor was very well done! It showed the gradual increase of Voldemort's evil and the dedication of those who opposed them. I liked your portrayal of Kingsley, Moody, and Tonks! The hint of the relationship between Tonks and Remus was also excellent! I liked how you showed Moody's memory of casework and Remus's use of spells. I liked how you showed Arthur and Molly's reactions to their children and their children's life choices. On the whole I felt that Arthur's attitude was more balanced, but at least Molly seemed to be thinking about why she kept picking at every little thing that her sons and Fleur do. The scene between Dumbledore and the Weasley boys was good! I liked the way that Dumbledore helped prepare Charlie's gift for May.... will he have a chance to meet her? And the last scene when Charlie returned to the reserve was great! Fawkes really knows how to make an entrance! The reunion of Charlie and May was sweet, and I liked that glimpse of Lord Amarys!( I think he's terrific!) Thanks for this great chapter......I love this story!Author's response

Your observations are spot on, once again! It is good to know that my readers are getting the messages that the characters are relating.
Your thought on Dumbledore's premonition is, I admit, one that I had not thought of. It's a good thought, too! Very in character for him.
I do hope you were able to read the edited version with the paragraph breaks. For some reason, the upload did not go as smoothly this time.
Regarding the life choices of their kids, Arthur had to resign himself a long time ago that the Matriarchal bloodline of the Prewetts (as I am fleshing them out to be) was one that he would not be able to rail against. The more these ideas came to my mind, the more I realized how clever JKR was to write the children as she did. The family is not wealthy..Bill is in Banking. Arthur doesn't hold a good position at the Ministry? Percy is assistant to the Minister of Magic. The family is against the idea of Pureblood supremacy... Fred and George are court jesters! Ron ecomes and Auror, and Ginny, the first female Weasley in quite some time, marries Harry (and she may be the strongest magician of the family).
I do love to have Fawkes in my stories!
