Hurt the relationship
That meant the universe to him.
Even more than his marriage.
He hated himself for all of it, but
He loved you beyond words.
He never truly betrayed you.
When he hears the pretty song, he
Thinks only of you.
And he would sit alone in
A dark room and say:

As the pretty song played, a single tear
Fell from his dark eyes.
As he remembered the times he spent with you.
The fighting lessons.
The friendship.
The love.
He remembered how you and him sat in this room
Heard the pretty song.
Now, things are not the same.
"No matter what happens, I will always love you, Fei.
I know that you are with her now. I know that you do
Not love me anymore."
He closed his eyes and listened to the pretty song.
