  I note that this story is listed as 'complete'. However, I do hope that this is actually the first part of a longer story. It is a unique enough concept - Rose actually taking action to get back to The Doctor. Furthermore, your description of the special powers she got from the Time Stream suggests that she is now quite poweful in her own right.
  
  Imagine the fun you could have in crossover after crossover with various good guys and bad guys suddenly having The Bad Wolf taking an interest in their affairs. She could easily get a reputation to equal her old BF's (he's known as 'The Oncoming Storm' in some circles).

  I do have several ideas for continuing this theme. Unfortunatly my completion rate is not very good right now so I marked it complete just in case I don't get around to it. lol

  Thank God (or Ficwad?) for the 'Featured Story' of the day or I'd have completely missed this one.
  
  If I wasn't reading HP all the time, thn I suspect I'd be reading Doctor Who and enjoying some Rose/Ten shipping.
  
  Loved the premise of this story, and lke BenRG, I think it would make an excellent intro to a longer tale. Not sure I'd go with the Quantum Leap angle myself, as that implies it would just be a Rose fic, rather than a Ten/Rose fic, but I do like the idea of Rose having some benefit from either her leap through the rift or from having her time stream absorption before Nine's regeneration.
