  This is a very good development. Either the cognivores did it, or old Igor's father actually turned himself into one of those monstrosities and has been possessing Ron ever since. Or it's something I haven't thought of.

  Ahh, and now we have at least a link back to Deeters and those who would wish ill will on Harry & his friends. Harry & Hermione will most definitely have to invite Viktor to their wedding for his providing that one, most useful, insight. I have to wonder, and I'm sure you'll eventually explain, how the control was exercised, but at least the broad parameters of the situation are now appearing. However, the really devilish aspect of an investigation is getting all the details right and nailing the perp and I wish Harry and his team all the best with that one.

  He appears to be, but given the way matters go in the wizarding world, I wouldn't bet a significant amount of money on it. Belike he was a supporter of both Grindelwald and Tommy-boy and is still around under some suitable cover.

  Hey, I've read a-lot of Harry Potter fanfictions, writing quite a few of them myself, but this is the best that has yet to cross my computer screen. Nice work. This keeps my on the edge of my seat begging for more, not much fanfictions can do that to me. I'm very picky, anyways love it.
