Chapter 12:
and for the First time Ever!!!> (JPOV)
I woke up on the couch with Marissa laying on me, he hair was over her shoulder and her eyes watching me, she smiled.
“Hello.”I say to her and she kisses me, I felt the butterflies in my stomach come to life again as our lips parted, I leaned forward to kisses her and she laughed sitting up on my chest to kiss me again.
“Hi.”She says and sighs as she stands up.
“You have been sleeping since 7 this morning.”She says pointing at the clock, it read,3 pm.
“Oh sorry babe.”I say sitting up rubbing my eyes and she pulls me up leads me to her room and shut the door kissing me deeper than any of our other kisses, I pulled her to me trying to close the space between us and she smirks into my lips. I pulled away trying to give her time to breathe, she glanced at me and I smirked.
“Can we do that again?”I asked and she laughed, she straddled my lap and kissed me my hands stayed on her hips as her lips moved against mine...I heard the door open and the a groan.
“Ew... uhh guys we are gonna go out for dinner any suggestions?”Patrick asked and I shrugged.
“McDonalds.”She says and I nod agreeing, that did sound wonderful.

I looked at my watch, Ryan said he would call her and have her meet 'him' at the ice cream place, but it was going to be me. I wanted her for my own, I didn't know why it just felt right, she said yes to going out with me while she was with Pete, why not when she is Joe, he wasn't her type anyway.
“Hey Marissa, why don't me and you get some ice cream?”I heard Ryan say to her.
“Yeah, its just sorta my way of saying sorry for how Brendon was acting.”He says and I grin.
“Alright ,see you then.”He says to her closing his phone.
“She will be there in ten minutes go, you want to beat her there.”He says shooing me off, I sped off in my car waiting inside with my hands close to my Mouth trying to keep them warm as the cold wind blew on my face, why did it have to be ice cream? I asked my self as I saw her car pull up, she was alone, thank god.
“Brendon....”I heard her whisper, I grabbed her arm and made her sit down.
“Don't leave.”I tell her and she gulps and looks at her hands nervously.
“I am in love with you, I can make you more happy then Joe can, I promise I wont hurt you like I know he will.”I say to her putting my hand on hers and she gasped.
“I am happy with him and I am not leaving him for you, Gosh Damn it Brendon, just leave well enough alone.” She says to me standing when I grab her by the wrist and kiss her roughly on the Mouth, she pulls away with a digusted look on her face and I smile.
“I'll see you tonight baby.”I say to her and she walks out of the Ice cream shop angrily wipping at her mouth.
I stood and then paid the lady not to say anything about this to the police if they were to ask, she nodded and I left, I climbed into my car and went home.

“It was a set up.”She says when she enters the kitchen holding her wrist, I walk over to her looking at her arm, she had a purple bruse forming on her wrist I growled angrily picking up the phone Pete hugged her as she began crying.
“Ryan why would you do that?”I asked him on the brink of beating his ass through the phone.
“You know he hurt her right? She has a bruse forming on her wrist as we speak.”I tell him .
“I didn't think he would hurt her.”He says seriously.
“Well, he did”I say to him and he sighs.
“I'm sorry.”He says then hangs up.
“Babe, are you alright?”I ask her and she nods hugging me to her and kissing my lips lightly, thats when I see her busted lip, when and how did that happen?
“Did he do that?”I asked brushing my thumb over her busted lip and she nods.
“He kissed me and when he kissed me it was rough so he ended up busting my lip.”She tells me and I hug her. “He said he would see me tonight.”she says just above a whisper, I looked at the floor.
“We have to get her out of the house....” Joe says looking at the guys and they nod.
“She can stay at my place...”Joe says and Patrick nods no.
“He will be expecting that.”He answers.
“Alright, she can stay at my place.”Pete says shrugging.
“He wouldn't expect that...”Andy says as he comes through the door.
“You made it..”I say to him and he nods.
“I will do anything for her.”He says setting his bags down.
“So did anything happen besides what Patrick told me over the phone?” Andy asked and I nodded.
“Ryan and Brendon ambushed her and he kissed her and gripped her wrist pretty tight.”Pete says sounding a bit angry.
“So I am staying at Pete's tonight, and Joe if your not here or at home, he'll know where I am....”She says and I nod looking down, she walked over to me from hugging Andy and kissed my cheek.
“Its okay, I'll be fine.”She tells me but thats not what I am worried about, Pete usually always gets what he wants...and I was hopping he didn't want her.
“Alright, lets go.”Pete says telling her to go and pack some clothing, she came downstairs with a bag and threw it at him, he caught it..
“Dude, becareful with her, she can be abusive at times.” Pete tells me and I laugh.
“I heard that...”She says to him slapping his arm then kissing me on the lips.
“Did I miss something?”Andy asked and I laughed shaking my head with my hand on the back of my neck nervously.
“I'll see you guys in the morning.”She tells us and leaves the house with Pete.

“Why do you suppose he is so nervous about me leaving?”I asked Pete and he glanced at me.
“Because your staying with your Ex-Boyfriend...”He says to me and i nod finally connecting the dots.
“Oh yeah... “I say looking at my hands.
“Do you think if Brendon hadn't done what he did, we would still be together?”I asked randomly and he looked at me.
“I think so yeah, but we're happier now right?”Pete asked and I nodded.
“I am happier, but we had some good times...”I say laughing.
“Yeah we did like that time I forced you to go on that roller coaster and then you went on it like 20 times.”He said laughing slapping the steering wheel.
“I miss hanging out with you, you know, and I really miss Hemmy.”I say to him smirking.
“Yeah, I think he misses you too.”He says pulling into his house.
“Alright, home sweet home.”He says as we walk inside the large house, we walked into the living room, I saw Hemmy laying on his couch that was still piled high in toys, I sat on one of the white sofa's and sighed, I loved these things .I felt something hit my leg and saw Hemmy laying his head on my lap.
“Well hello to you too.”I say to him and he wags his little tail, I pet his head kiss the top of it when I feel hands on my shoulders, I laugh turning around expecting to see Pete but I was wrong, it was Brendon...Chapter 12:
