I cry
To see you wiping my tears
The worry and love etched on your face
Proof that I am worth a lot more than your expensive hanky

I hide
To see you searching for me in the dark
The blind and desperate way you reach for nothing, something, anything
Proof that I am worth more than a shining star

I walk away
To see you following my every step
The careful and considerate distance combined with your unwavering gaze
Proof that I am worth more than your last train home

I let my heart break
To see you attempt to fix it
Your determination to glue the tiny pieces back together
Proof that you would do anything to be at least a part of my everything

I love you
To see you love me until you can’t love no more
The way you treasure me, treasure us
Proof that you are mine and I am yours, now and always

A/N: mushy, I know. HAHAHAHA.
