You have to feel sorry for Paul Kemp, e specially since he's unlikely to find a doctor or medical specialist who'll be familiar with the marks that result from a cognivore's attentions. At the same time, you have to almost feel the frustration of that cognivore now that it's totally out of the loop and can't even find Ms. Granger-Weasley anymore.
Meanwhile, I like what's developing between Harry and Hermione and I think their kids will like it, too, when it becomes -that- evident. I thought his reaction to that agressive agent, and his adjustment of the orchid, should give her a pretty good idea of the way his feelings are developing; her reaction to that agent and the pleasure of lying with him should perhaps hint to her of something her mind doesn't want to acknowledge about herself.
I do love the way this story is shaping up. Now, the fun part is going to be tracking the cognivore down and removing it from its "host". I hope Paul Kemp does visit some doctors so that there's a paper trail to help investigators.Author's response
Thank you for reading and taking the time to review! Big Kiss!
As I said, Paul is not a bad guy, he's as much a victim as Ron was.
The Cog is very frustrated at this time.
I think I have a way for them to get together without actually getting together. . .
Paul visiting the doctors is very important, yes it leaves a paper trail.

This is looking to be a continued fascinating fic here, and really enjoy the way that things are getting much more heated between Harry and Hermione, and the two of them should soon figure out how much they've always liked one another, they'll just have to get through the angst of figuring it out, LOL.Author's response
Remember, nice and easy does it!Battered Hearts

Intriguing is an understatement, if anything. It's hard to pick any one thing to compliment, I really just like where the whole thing is headed right now.Author's response
Thank you, I'm trying to keep everyone on their toes.Battered Hearts

Woooo~ Best read in a very, very long time. Thank you soo much for sharing. Can't wait to read more of this. Question; Women bleed spontaneously from their nose? *** And that cognivore, Kakaroff (sp?) I presume, why does it still have it's personality and why is it obsessed with Granger? Result of 'feeding' on Ron for so long or visa versa. Interesting story regardless. Wonderer how long Harry can resist the sexual appeal of a pregnant women.Author's response
Oh yes, all kinds of wonderful side effects to making babies.
Harry finds a pregnant Hermione VERY attractive.
But he's honorable to a fault - and as a consequence more than a little frustrating to one particular bushy haired brunette.
