This dark elf was haughty. I gave him a choice, a chance to live, trying to be just and push aside my emotions. Instead, he threw a spear at his son, and his body off the wall. Good. I would not have granted him life then had he begged for it. Not with his spear point having struck my sister. I would have cast him from my walls myself, though I would desire a punishment less honorable, on my part. I wrench my thoughts from his horrid character, instead remembering his fall, with shameful satisfaction. At least he is dead.
