Sorry it took so long, again. Review for updates. Thanks to my faithful reviewers.
"So you're actually going to go?" Hannah asked, her eyes wide in shock. I figured she would have supported the idea, but from the expression on her face, I would say I had been wrong to assume as much.
I glanced up at her and nodded, before laying my head back on my pillow. "He asked me last night and I just agreed without thinking about it. I mean, I want to go, but I know I have to be careful," I replied, clenching my eyes shut. Hannah sat on the edge of my bed, watching me closely.
"Blair, you need to be extra careful. I know I was all for this at first, but you don't even really know this guy," she said, still staring at me. "You don't know what he's like off campus. Do you really want to be alone with him? In his house with no one else?"
She was starting to make me a little nervous, but I didn't want to listen to her. "Okay, now you're just being ridiculous. What do you think he's going to do? Kill me? It's just that if we keep screwing around on campus, someone is likely to walk in and catch us. It's just more... I don't know? Concealed this way?"
Hannah nodded, "But what if someone sees you leave with him, Blair? Things won't be so 'concealed' then. Actually, they will be a little more than obvious." I bit my lip, trying not to get aggravated. She was the one that had been telling me to go for it in the first place. And now she was sitting here, telling me that I shouldn't.
"We'll figure something out, Hannah," I snapped, "and if you don't mind, I need to get some sleep. It's getting late and I have plans tomorrow." Hannah rolled her eyes at me, looking up when the door opened.
Angela walked in slowly, watching the two of us skeptically. "Everything okay here?"
"Yeah, everything is fine," Hannah replied, heading for the door. "Be careful, Blair," she commented, nearly slamming the door behind her as she went.
"What's going on?" Angela asked, clearly confused.
I shook my head, "Nothing. Don't worry about it." I sighed, closing my eyes in hopes to get some sleep. I had a feeling I was going to need a lot of rest.

Standing outside the art department, I pulled my hat down farther, pushing my shades as high as they would go. It wasn't the best disguise ever, but it was all I could think of to wear. I didn't exactly have a Catwoman suit lying around; not that I would want one, anyway.
I checked my watch every few moments, growing impatient that he was late. It wouldn't have been as bad if the doors to the building weren't locked, leaving me to stand outside looking like a fool. Glancing one final time at my watch, I saw that it was nearly twenty after twelve and I rolled my eyes, deciding Gerard was standing me up.
Turning around, I walked briskly towards the sidewalk, not paying attention until I heard someone call my name. I turned back around, instantly recognizing the voice, "Where were you?" I asked when Gerard finally caught up with me. He scanned the area around us, checking for signs of anyone that could have heard. There weren't many people here on the weekends though; not on campus anyway. The school only offered a handful of weekend courses.
"I'm sorry. I totally lost track of time," he panted from the short jog. When he finally caught his breath, he gave me a strange look, "What's with the hat and sunglasses? Are you incognito or something?" he tugged on the hat, smirking at me.
I laughed, nodding, "Well, you said we need to be careful and I figured maybe no one would recognize me like this. I guess it was kind of stupid." I blushed furiously, hoping he wouldn't keep teasing me about it.
He smiled warmly at me, "If we're not going to be seen then I think me might need to go ahead and leave. I'll go out to get my car and pull it around front. It's a black Grand Cherokee. When you see me come over and just get in as quick as you can, okay?" I nodded in understanding as he walked towards the parking lot.
I waited a few minutes, walking in circles to try and calm my nerves. I couldn't believe I was actually going to do this. Maybe Hannah had been right.
Ignoring my nagging thoughts, I walked towards the parking lot to see if Gerard had made it around yet. At first, I didn't catch any sign of him. I continued to look around until I finally spotted him driving up, sending my nerves into overdrive. My heart started beating faster as I approached the vehicle, my hands cold and shaking. I opened the door and jumped in, fighting the oncoming nausea.
Gerard waited until we were off campus before speaking, "Sorry again about being late. I'm just bad with time and all," he informed me. I merely smiled at him, not really able to think of much to say.
"You're being too quiet," he said, taking his eyes off the road for only a second to glance over at me. "Something wrong?" he intertwined our fingers, steering with his free hand.
I sighed, not wanting to tell him that I had doubts about this. I knew I wanted to go, but I didn't think it was worth risking his career and possibly my future. Instead, I just shook my head, "No, nothing's wrong. Just in a quiet mood right now."
Gerard smirked wickedly. "You're just going to have to get out of that mood. I'll be sure to have you screaming before long." He squeezed my hand tighter, chewing on his lower lip. After he said that, all of my previous thoughts and worries flew out of mind, and I couldn't wait to get to the cabin and let him make good on his promise.
