I really enjoyed this chapter and I didn't think it was boring at all! It really expressed Gerard's and Bert's worry over Mikey. You can really tell Bert cares for Mikey but he just wishes that it wouldn't come in the way of their relationship. It is quite interesting at how much Gerard trusts Bert through all the small arguments they have and is able to forgive him so easily. I think it was a brilliant chapter. Update soon. I can't wait to see how Mikey and Frank are doing!Author's response

I wanted to do a little catch-up with Gerbert and show their thoughts of what's going on with Mikey, so I'm glad that their worry came across. Bert really does care about Mikey deep down, he just sometimes lets his own thoughts get in the way of that.

A wonderfully depressing chapter. Gerard's gonna be crushed when he sees Mikey, though. I'm not quite sure of my feelings toward Bert-it's understandable that he's jealous, but at the same time WHAT THE HELL IS HIS PROBLEM?!
Will the net chapter be Frikey?
Okay, anyway, loved the chapter. You're an awesome writer, hope you update soon!

Gerard is not going to be a happy bunny when he sees what happened to Mikey...
The next chapter will definitely be back with Frank and Mikey. So subtle Frikey is probably imminent.

That was really awesome, I love Bert and Gerard. But Gerard's going to be so mad at Bert for things that aren't even his fault because he's so protective of poor little Mikey :S Excited for more! :DAuthor's response
Thank you very much; I'm pleased that your liking the Gerbert, I was kinda worried about using them as a key pairing in this.

Argh I can't work whether I'm happy with Bert and Gerard together or not! One second I hate Bert, the next I like him. One second I get annoyed at Gerard, the next I like him.Author's response
I'm kinda pleased that you aren't sure about Bert and Gerard; I was aiming for Bert to be the kind of 'grey-area' character.
