  The twist at the ending is interesting, semi-original, but smutless. FicWad demands smut! If other authors can write Harry/Minerva, you can write Harry/Molly.

  well nice twist.
  Now a few things: one for a meaningfull story it has to be longer, add some filler, maybe add a flashback to the first meeting.
  
  second: don't switch the PoV. it doesn't really help the story.
