I like the direction of this story so far but would caution you against a harem story... they just devolve into a sex fest and loose the grip of the story that you've started. Which reads to me so far to be a more independent and very powerful Harry who will be willing to buckle down and learn what he needs to to win. ( or may even find out he doesn't need to win just to get one of the two lords to loose ) If you like Fleur let he be Harry's love interest cause to be honest I hate Ginny and HErmione as partners for him (thats one reason i read a lot of slash) let him meet up with her at the Bank...and go from there.
