You've got a most interesting chapter, there. I, too, liked the nod to the Deathly Hallows as well as the mayhem that the trial and its ending caused the Ministry. The scenes with the Weasleys were fun, esp. in the store where we got to see a lot more of the motivation of Ron and Ginny (if they only knew!! - which makes it all the more fun). I feel they're likely to be sadly disappointed by the time Harry does get to Hogwarts.
The bits with Boss Zambini were a delight and I loved the "rescue" of Blaise. I do have to wonder if this might strengthen ties between Harry, Hermione, and Blaise (that could get interesting, later) and perhaps a merger of the two Families.
