Wow...
Another chapter full of Dumbledore-confounding. I like it. I don't usually enjoy this kind of Manipulative!Dumbledore, but just the sheer level of failure on his part is hilarious!
Also, I don't mind the flashbacks. Heck, it's kinda needed. I want to know what happened to Harry between the loss of the Dursleys and his Hogwarts letter.
