Hmm, 'twould see that Dumbles is either still a bit befuddled, despite coming out from the effects of those potions (good and bad days as it were), or he's still too overconfident; in either case, he gave a new meaning to "forget-me-Nott". I wonder who's going to catch more outrage, Albus or Kilchurn?

I loved the healing sequences in the hospital and I have to wonder at Poppy's reaction to those nurses' "uniforms". Then again, given Seamus' reaction, I'm sure the Huldr gals enjoyed themselves.

I liked the "calming down" approach that Gabrielle used with Lavender; I suspect Lavender is about to become another Kilchurn regular, along with Hermione, Ginny, et al. I loved where Freya started teaching Luna; if she decides to bring Luna to her the way Harry came to her, that should be quite the interesting time for all.

Author's response

Yup. Fumbledore is not quite recuperated yet. Slightly judgement-impaired, perhaps? He's going to take some heat for that, i guess.

My impression of Poppy from the books is a woman who cares for her students, but takes things in stride as long as they don't jeopardize the students, and this bunch surely didn't. Seamus had a dream come true. Poor bloke.

Gabrielle has a simplistic view of personal problems. It works, though. Lavender will be back in the upcoming chapters.
Freja does have a brother who surely wouldn't mind boinking a self-proclaimed Goddess. The "trials" will be mentioned later.

Thanks
