Anyway, next thing Harry should sue Fudge and make him return all the moneies passed to him illegaly by Malfoy as bribe. Let him find his way out of that!
Seeing as it is bribe money, the monetary transaction has no legal standing, and since it's Hary's money, not Malfoy's, then he should be able to demand - and get - it back.
Of course, giving a detail list of the bribes Fudge took, and, coincidentaly, what he gave in return, might just make life even more complicated for the erstwhile minister.
