I thought there would be a kiss in this chapter, it just fit in so perfectly, because now Gerard is all weird since she was just attacked by that guy a few minutes before and all. Very cute!
I understand Defne perfectly when she said she lost control and started kicking that guys ass. It's happened to me (not because someone tried to rape me though, but still, it was serious). I was so pissed my eyes glazed over and i couldn't even see straight. It's pretty scary if you think about it, because if Gerard hadn't stopped her, what wouldn't happened? Thats where friends (or more than friends!) come in ;)
This chapter was good, and it was worth waiting this long for the kiss. Like we've both commented before, its better to wait and build a relationship between the characters before the sentimentalism kicks in. Its much more realistic that way.
Anyways, this chapter kicked ass just like Defne. Keep 'em coming!

Yeah, I guess I couldn't drag that kiss any longer so here it is... But I have to say once more, I really like it this way, better =)
And yeah, that pissing of thing, I actually experienced that kind of an outburst a couple times and I know that you really don't see anything clearly at those moments and when you think about what you've done later, it is scary. Friends (or more than friends) are good for holding you back when necessary ;)
