Good chapter. I'm glad you got Narcissa away from Lucius...maybe leading to a future relationship between her and Remus? Either way I'm excited.

Narcissa's friendship with Lily made it all possible. I see her as a mix of my fic's Walburga and another character that hasn't been introduced yet. She's not evil but she has a tendency to be a bit snarky. She's close with Sirius, Andromeda, best friends with Lily, adores the children, flirts with James and tolerates Remus. At least in this version of Remus, I see him as someone that needs to be persued, he has very much taken to the 'Uncle' role with the children. Too many obstacles for something between them to work. I think what I have planned for Remus down the line will be funny, it'll just take time to develop.
