Harry/Ginny at this point seems overdone and cliched, as does the 'harem' idea. So, assuming it's just a choice between those three, I'd have to say Harry/Padma. But bear in mind that Harry has been forced to age mentally a great deal, and it seems to me like he'd be somewhat disgusted with the immaturity of his classmates. Perhaps no paring would be best.
