Great chapter, as always! I really loved it!
It's so bad that Mikey doesn't believe that she wasn't high. But I guess that's just because she does it a lot.
And Gerard was so cruel! I mean if only he knew! And now, that she has to tell him...I can't imagine what will happen. But he knows her quite well, maybe he'll understand that she's lying. But she doesn't have much of a choice, either way people will get hurt and she will as well.
