Nicely written (and nice description of the panic/anxiety). On another note, don't believe that you NEED pills to get over panic/anxiety. Besides the fact that antidepressents/antianxiety meds will change who you are, there are ways to get over it without the pills. I suffered with it for 3 long years, but refused to take the pills. Finally got over it.
