That's just sick. She should get more than 18 months she should have gotten life, and the bastard should get life or the death penalty.
That social worker should have got fired and charged with negligence.
I know the US isn't always the best in these situations but I'm sure they wouldn't let it go to 60 visits and would have removed the Baby before that and the social worker would have been fired with out a doubt. Some social workers here have rushed through an investigation but I've seen kids taken away for alot less infractions. Like negligence in the kids not taking frequent baths/showers and constantly having lice and the parents being alcoholics. So it sickens me to see something like this happen.
How awful to say that this child is now at peace.
