I had a favorite line in this: "I mean any safer in the sack and we would have both been wrapped in plastic." LOL Seriously. But accidents happen. Not often, but there's a percentage. I personally would have been shitting my pants if a girl told me that when I was 18. Hell even now I'm scared to be a parent. So I think his initial reactions were spot on. BUT you set it up that he's in love with her and the ending of this part cinched that up nicely - like he got ok with it because now he's got something to "live for". So yeah, it will be interesting to see where you go with this one.
