Hmm....well it looks like Hermione is going into her umm...I'll call it "hermione mode" and is more than likely going to help set up Harry with multiple witches (even if it's not all at once) at Hogwarts while Harry maintains a friends with benefits relationship with Ginny. It also looks like Ron is nearing his breaking point with his jealousy.
As the timeline goes, it has not been very long but Ron is notorious for his ability to hold a grudge and his jealousy. Unless he and Harry have a good long heart-to-heart, a breakup with Hermione is going to happen in the near future (timeline wise, not chapterwise as I don't know how it's going to be)
I wanted to point out a mistake.
Neville spoke again. "Working backwards, the power to vanquish, couldn't that mean you already fulfilled the prophecy as a baby?" She asked him. But he shook his head.
you put that in near the end of the chapter, but Neville isn't there to say it.

Close but not close enough to freak me out. But since I am keeping the characters close to Canon only actual teenagers, anyone should be able to predict some of the reactions..
I hope I can still surprise some of you though. I do try hard not to be cliche.
