Wow, this was well worth the wait. I can’t believe this chapter; I’m still in shock over this. What her father did to her was horrible, I mean, no one deserves that kind of shit, I have a passionate hate for domestic violence, It just really pisses me off, ‘cause there’s no reason why someone should take their anger out on a family member/loved one.
Well, I’m going to try and keep this review in order this time :)

Oh Shit. This is gonna be a bad thing. While I’m reading this I can’t help but think to myself, “You need to go home Evangeline! If you go back now, you might be able to lessen the beating.
“/SHUT UP!” I scream, at the very top of my lungs. “I NEVER DID ANYTHING TO YOU! WHY DO YOU DO THIS TO ME? /”
Wow, I think that this was a very significant moment. So far, we’ve never seen Evangeline stand up to her dad, or even talk back. I was almost horrified when I read this ‘cause I knew what was going to happen next. You did a really good job getting emotion through in your story. I actually felt worried and scared for her.
That was a really good transition to Frankie’s POV, good job.
“/why I am I just watching this? I have to stop it. /”
Yeah Frankie! Why are you just watching this. I felt like yelling at my computer “Don’t just sit there! DO SOMETHING!” Actually, I think I might have, I don’t know, lol.
Then Frankie comes in and saves her, I totally just breathed a sigh of relief right there. I was so happy that he saved her, I imagine that must have been scary for him though, because the father seems much more violent and maybe bigger than Frankie?
“/What the hell are you doing here Frankie? /”
I’m not sure what you were hinting at when you wrote that, but what I got from that was that her dad has made her think so little of herself, that she still didn’t feel like she could trust anyone really and was shocked that anyone actually cared about her. I totally hate her dad right now, he’s fucked her up so badly at this point, both mentally and physically.
“/Taking you somewhere safe. Where he can’t hurt you anymore.” Is the reply that I get. Of course. Even now, no straight answers from Frankie./”
What is it with Frankie and his vague answers to everything? I’m wondering if where he’s going to take her to, and whether he’s going to help her keep her secret, or tell someone else. I’m really interested in finding out what’s going to happen next. I love this story sooo very much (in case you couldn’t tell, lol) And I can’t wait for another update.
