I totally understand how you feel.
Something like that happen to me too, and with a dog too. ( omg |: )
Every single morning I used to go for a walk with my dog, and the morning he was hit by a car ( too, this is creepy. lool ) I didn't feel like walking and stayed in the bed for 10 minutes more. And then he gone out by himself and that shit happened. I was crying so hard that nobody let me saw him for the last time and say goodbye. You're right, it's not a person.. but if we suffer so damn hard for the loss of a dog, I can't imagine if it happen with a loved person.

That's pretty crazy that something like that happened to you too! (that is slightly creepy, haha) And it's heartbreaking, I know. :'(
yeah, I pretty much fell apart right after Evie died, we were really really close, so I can't even imagine worse than that, but I know it'd be absolutely terrible. ::shudders:: Guess it should be a reminder to say things even when we think we don't have the time to say them, but being human I'm sure even people that should have learned that are going to keep forgetting.
