I think you are doing well, but take the time to develop the relationships before trying to give Harry a Harem. Not many people explore the dynamics carefully enough - women as a nature do not share their mates! So moving Harry to France was a good thing so that you can get some quality time with the characters you want to use, but you lose that effect if you keep on trying to add too many characters.
