Brian? You named the snake Brian??
On the other hand this was Funny! A bit adult but Funny. I had several reasons in mind that the entrance was in a girls bathroom but your idea is worth stealing for a more sedate story.
I can't wait to read Chapter 3. You have set a high humor standard to keep to.

I was a bit worried if I should up the rating from an R, but I figured that since I am not being TOO graphic with the bathroom activities, that it should be ok. The language is a bit off, but a lot of these were my thoughts as I read the book.
And as far as Brian the Basilisk as a name, I happened to see a bit of Monty Python's The Life of Brian the other night. The part where Pilate is being made fun of for his lisp. And I thought -Parseltongue! I was actually pretty surprised at how well the song blended with the story.
