Delilah and Julius are a pair of lovesick fools. I love how your sicking to the way the series runs... so far. You know with them not really admitting to how they love each other but of how great they make of a team and such. I like that.

I personally think it should be the guy to always make the first move but thta's just my opnion. Delilah might have to though since Julius is too chicken ;D
