Very interesting. I like the admission that Hogwarts may not be the best school - something I always wondered about considering the series of failed DADA professor's they had.

Of course, if the Hogwarts we were shown really IS the most outstanding school of magic in that world, that would explain quite a lot of what passes for thought and planning in the wizarding world!
