I understand your plight but it really isn't the end of the world. Where do you live? If your mom is offering to take you to Chicago--where I live--then take her up on it! I can guarantee you that tix here are not sold out. The place they are playing holds like, 3000 people. But if you'd rather try to see them in your hometown check out your local rock station's website. Maybe theire giving away tickets that you can try to win. Or when it's closer to the date, check Ticketmaster multiple times a day. Last minute tickets get released all the time. Check the MCR communities on LiveJournal--people are trading/selling/buying tix every day. And if all else fails, check your local Craigslist and don't let anyone scam you. If a fan is selling, they will sell their tix to you at face value or below because they don't want the tix to go to waste.
But seriously, if you're mom offered to take you to Chicago, that's pretty rad. Take the trip!

I know it's not the end of the world. I was just pretty upset like night, but I'm okay now. :)
And we did look locally, the cheapest we could find was like $435 a piece.
I wish I could take her up on the Chicago trip but we are so broke on money. But maybe we'll make it work.
My brother's going to see the Blackhawks there and he even offered to take me, but that got shot down because then she couldn't go.
Thanks though.
Hey do you know if that place has wheel chair seating?
