I had the EXACT same arguement with my dad when I was thirteen (I'm almost 15 now...) Yeah, just tell him you're trying to express yourself and what I told my dad after getting six friends to help me, was that I promised I would make it so I didn't look like a whore. hahahah He finally went for it:P Good luck!

I told my dad that it's another form of creative expression and that I'd even promise not to date if I could wear the eyeliner. He said that the reason I want to wear eyeliner is to get attention from guys. The only problem with that is, the majority of guys in my school are so narrow minded. And almost none of them are attractive. :(
Any way, I'm glad you like my writing! I thought that everyone would hate Gee being so childish. I'm glad you guys don't. I'm at my dad's house today so I can update!
