One quick question, are all these things happening in the same day, or do we not know because he doesn't know?

We don't really have a clear picture because it is more from his perspective, and he himself can't tell when it's night or day. However I generally meant for it to be like each chapter was a different day. I suspect we'll get a clearer image of how much time has passed next time we check on Mikey and the gang. :)
