I know I'm a bit late with the hurricane news but ohh well. It's been downgraded from a hurricane to a tropical storm. There has been tons of flashflooding and a total of 12 deaths as I last heard it. I think New Jersey got the worst of the flooding but I'm not entirly sure. Winds weren't that damaging. This is all of course news that I know from the TV. In PA (where I am) it wasn't bad at all there was a bit of flooding alot of rain and as far as I can tell no major damages but I dont know how bad it was else where. I do hope you, your family, and anyone elses family that was afected by the storm is ok.

yeah, I heard that they downgraded it as it was hitting the city. Apparently now though it's 21 deaths, and Vermont got really bad flooding as well. When I got news from my family in Jersey they said they were actually more concerned about New England than where they were, and only got affected by a little flooding. At least it didn't PA too bad...I'm fine, I don't live in the US anymore actually, but my main concern is definitely everyone's safety over there. I really really hope that the families hit will be able to recover as soon as they can.
