This was really an amazing chapter loved it
Anyways you need advice on staying strong and so I'll tell you what helps me
Listen to music you know all the words to and just focus on the music sing every word
That helps when you're really down
Now otherwise try to give yourself something to look forward to whether it's reading a book, buying a new shirt or something big like going on a trip it helps quite a bit
Also just give yourself distractions just stuff to do
