Lorna is by far the most talented writer on this site and is a massive inspiration to many people on here. So that girl can say what she likes but there are way more lovers than haters. And I'd also like to say that being raped runs way, way deeper than just physical abuse. I, myself am a victim of rape and the mental effect it has on people is so much worse than the physical. I am over it now as I was only 15 at the time - 3 years ago, but it has taken me a hell of a long time and courage to get to where I am today, and I think people who haven't experienced this should not judge people on how they cope with it. Obviously I know Frank in this is fictional, but people do act like him in reality after being raped and it is a very personal matter that should be taken seriously.
