Kenny is definately my favorite character. Goodness, ignore my spelling would ya? I'm to lazy to open word and spell check it. Anyways, poor Kenny, I'm so surprised that him and Kyle are in the band together. No wonder they always fight.
Pretty harsh rules as well, though I can see it being harsh I guess. And Joey being under 15? Uh oh.
