Neither MCR or MST have anything to do with each other, or with HP fanfiction.
My Immortal is regarded as the worst ever HP fanfic for a reason, so regurgating bits of it along with useless commentary that only a bandfic junkie would be interested in is not fanfiction.
Most sites don't even allow MSTing. Why? Because it isn't fanfiction & it isn't a story!
Why don't you start up a livejournal or yahoo group for that sort of thing. Hell, you could post this crap in a blog, or find some #emo IRC channel where you can have fun with like-minded people. Nobody is going to bother you there, and you won't be bothering us.
But posting it here is like you're crashing our party, spilling beer on our carpet, knocking over the bins and generally making a mess. Is that what you really want to do?
If you were honest with yourself, you'd realise that the only people rating your MSTing up are those that have followed you along from your usual haunts. The fact that it keeps getting rated back down is because the HP community doesn't want it.
Why don't you leave us to our HP fanfiction, in our HP fanfic area, and you go back to posting your MSTing in MCR or whatever area is yours, and then everyone's happy.
