Nice start. Why do I get the impression that the person who drank the poison meant for Harry was Luna.
Sounds like Snape is evil in this story. I always like Snape-abuse in fictions :-)
One problem - I'm writing a story (don't write near as fast as you) and planned to have Harry talk his way past the dragon in the first task. I probably still will (I've set it up, even though I've only reached the beginning of "Prisoner") but will acknowledge that you wrote it first. Good job.

If it helps, Harry doesn't directly use Parseltongue to speak to the dragon (otherwise Harry would have understood the dragons in canon). Instead, he had learned a spell which allows a Parselmouth to temporarily speak with a dragon. I've seen other fics where Harry can use Legilimency on dragons. If you have another way for it to work, more power to you!
And yes, it was Luna who sacrificed herself.
