Okay, i have a confession to make. Since you said in one of your other stories this one would be updated shortly, i have been refreshing this webpage waiting for a new chapter. I know, It's kinda sad how devoted I am a story but it's so amazing. I still cannot express how fantastic the plot, the writing, just everything is in words.
I'm glad for more frequent future updates :) I remember once you did two chapters in one week and I was freaking out.
This chapter was short but showed how much Alex cared for Brendon, like he was having a meltdown because he was leaving (and by extension, didn't tell Bren)
I would love to see some more interactions with Brendon and Ryan, although I kinda have a thing for Spencer being all protective (for lack of a better word) over Brendon because he's been something as bad if not more so than Ryan.
I'm rambling but I hope you get what I mean.
And yes, Alex dying would have been sad too, however him leaving just seems like Brendon's happiness being snatched away more ironically than anything else which is why I think it's more heartbreaking.
