You could always continue by writing more about Ryan. Maybe the cutting becomes an addiction that he can't turn away from, and Brendon attempts to help him?
I don't clearly understand. Brendon just passed out, just because? Was it the sight of blood or something? And he landed in the hospital because of that?
The end of this chapter is cute and it's a good beginning but more details would be great, as would more from Ryan's POV.

It's not only the sight of blood, it's also seeing the boy he loves like that.
I guess he hit his head really hard when he passed out? I don't really know, I just needed a way for him to be there with Ryan.
