Wow O_O that was SO good! Like...Eeech. I'm kinda speechless. Loved your comparison of Rivers and reality; it worked really well, and I just loved it all. This was my favourite verse:
'This river is just like you or me,
Washed out by society,
Destroyed by reality.
Drip fed with toxic lies
With venom filled kisses
And midnight black promises
Of some intangible end.'
