I'm sure that some people like this story - but I'm afraid I don't.
My main complaint is that your characters appear to act without reason. We get no insight into their feelings or how and why they come to feel the way they do.
Also, it's very rushed. And the cliches have a cookie-cutter sameness that renders the story extremely difficult to enjoy.
Perhaps a little more thought and insight might redeem the story.

There cliche's are far and few between I think, I try to avoid them but it would impossible to write it without any. The only one is Ron, Hermione, Ginny testitefying, and I plan to put a different spin on it. I don't think I've seen a fic where Fudge free's Harry as a political move or where Dumbledore does nothing for better or worse.
I agree with the insight, as for why a character acts how they do, well except Harry I'm trying to keep them IC, feeling are really difficult for me to write and I am working on it so hopefully that should improve.
